Grow with AI · 10th and 11th grade

Grow with AI: a shared introduction and two programs

For 10th and 11th grade, one 45-minute session a week. A shared introduction and two Learning Programs: “Create with AI”, the project of the year, and “Learn with AI — no shortcuts”, AI for studying that raises the challenge instead of removing it. You can do one, the other or both, and both fit in the same year.

Hands-on, personal and fun: a year of capabilities for the future, designed and led by AI and education experts with years of classroom practice.

One introduction and two programs

One, the other or both. The introduction counts for both: whoever did it for one does not repeat it for the other.

To begin · four sessions

Shared introduction

What it is for

Know where you are starting from, tell using AI to think from using it not to think, name the friction you want to keep, sign your room’s agreement and choose which program you will do.

What you will be able to do

Separate “the same, faster” from “more, better, beyond”, defend a rule of your own with a reason, and decide which effort you keep and what you hand over to AI.

Program A · the whole year

Create with AI

What it is for

Make something that did not exist, your own, that other people use, try or hear, and show it.

What you will be able to do

Decide which part AI does and which part is yours, test it with other people, change it because of what you saw, take responsibility for what you deliver, and show how it was made and where it failed.

Program B · twelve sessions

Learn with AI — no shortcuts

What it is for

Learn better what school and your own curiosity ask of you, with AI raising the challenge instead of removing it, and check without AI that you learned it.

What you will be able to do

Prepare for an exam, understand a hard concept, research and verify, write and present, with AI or without it; say which effort you kept and what you handed to AI, and show the next day, without AI, that you learned it.

Its Units will be published later.

What we ask of you

Two things, for the introduction and for both programs. None of it is graded.

  • One hour of your own each week

On top of your time in the room, if you are in an in-person cohort, or your time on the platform: one hour a week for what you have to do on your own. Moving your project forward, studying with your own material, checking without AI what you learned. Nobody checks up on it; if you can’t keep it up, talk it over with your Learning Facilitator.

  • A notebook or folder just for the program

A physical one, whichever you have. Your handwritten notes go there, along with the pieces you build with: sheets, lists, sketches, drafts. It’s yours: nobody reads it unless you show it.

A digital folder is also coming for cohort participants and for people with an aiLearning.global account, to keep copies, notes and files. It isn’t available yet.
