Pick the path that matches your inquiry. Each one routes to the same team, but a clearer starting point gets you a clearer answer.

Messages sent through this site reach a small working team — not a call center. Carlos reads the institutional, partnership, and speaking inquiries personally; routine questions get triaged by whoever is closest to that surface. We answer most inquiries within three to five business days. Complex ones (RFPs, multi-stakeholder partnerships, custom training scopes) can take longer, and we will tell you that explicitly rather than ghosting.

Pick your path

I'm exploring your services

For institutions, districts, training providers, and L&D leaders evaluating AI training, readiness assessments, consulting, or our AI Suite. Send context up front — size of the institution, the problem you're trying to solve, and rough timeline — and you will get a substantive reply, not a calendar link.

Best for:

  • You have budget authority or are scoping a request
  • You want a concrete proposal, not a generic demo
  • You can describe the institutional context in a few sentences

I need help adopting AI at my institution

For educators or administrators who know AI matters for their institution but are not sure where to start. We will respond with a short, honest read of what we think a good first step looks like — sometimes that is one of our services, sometimes it is something you can do internally without paying anyone.

Best for:

  • Your institution has not formally addressed AI yet
  • You are the person being asked to figure this out
  • You want a sober second opinion before committing to a vendor

I want to book a speaking engagement

Keynotes, workshops, panels, faculty days, and board sessions on AI in education. Include the date, audience, format, and location (in-person or remote) in your first message. We confirm availability and fit before discussing fees.

Best for:

  • You have a confirmed date and audience
  • You are the organizer, not exploring on behalf of someone else
  • You can share the event brief in a couple of sentences

I have an idea or collaboration to propose

Co-authored research, joint programs, content partnerships, integrations, or anything that does not fit the categories above. We read everything, but we are honest: we say yes to a small fraction. A clear one-paragraph pitch helps far more than a deck.

Best for:

  • You have a specific proposal, not a generic 'let's chat'
  • There is a clear mutual benefit you can articulate
  • You are willing to do the first concrete step yourself

I'm a journalist or researcher

Media inquiries, interview requests, academic research on AI adoption in education, or citation/permission questions about our content. Include outlet or institution, deadline, and a short version of what you are working on. We try to turn around press requests faster than other categories when deadlines are tight.

Best for:

  • You have a real deadline
  • You can share the publication or research context
  • You want an on-the-record quote or background

I want to share feedback on the site

Typos, broken pages, factually wrong claims, accessibility issues, or anything that would make this site more useful. Genuinely welcome — this site improves because people tell us where it falls short.

Best for:

  • You found something wrong or confusing
  • You have a concrete suggestion
  • You are willing to be quoted if your feedback shapes a change

Response time

Most inquiries get a substantive human reply within three to five business days. If your request is time-sensitive (press deadline, confirmed event date), say so in the first line and we will prioritize it.

Privacy

We store the name, email, optional sector, and message you submit so we can reply. We do not add you to a newsletter or any marketing list from this form — newsletter signup is a separate, explicit action. Under GDPR you can request access, correction, or deletion of your submission at any time by writing to the same channel.

Please don't email about

Honest list — these inquiries either belong somewhere else or are not something we can help with. Saying so up front respects everyone's time.

  • Homework help, essay writing, or 'do my assignment' — use ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini directly; that is not a service we offer.
  • Generic 'tell me about AI in education' questions — the Explore and Learn sections of this site already answer those, and an email will not get you a better answer faster.
  • 'Can you review my product / app / startup pitch?' — we do not offer free advisory reviews. If you want paid advisory, say so explicitly and we will discuss scope.
  • Off-topic requests (crypto, unrelated marketing, SEO link exchanges, generic outreach blasts) — these will not be answered.
  • Account or payment problems for tools we do not operate (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, your school LMS) — go to that vendor's support, not us.

A well-routed inquiry gets a better answer. The evidence on triage in any service context is consistent: clear intent on intake correlates with shorter resolution time and higher satisfaction.

I appreciate that this page tells you what we will not help with. That kind of honesty protects both sides — you do not waste a week waiting for a non-answer, and we can focus on inquiries we can genuinely serve.

If you have a real question, just send it. Do not overthink the category — we read every message and we will route it ourselves if you pick the wrong path. The form is there to help you, not gate you.

A contact page is a promise. The promise here is small and keepable: a real human reads your message, we reply within a few business days, and if we cannot help we tell you that directly rather than disappearing. That is the standard I would want from anyone I wrote to.
