Terms of Use
ailearning.global · Version 2026-10-15 · Effective 15 October 2026
These terms govern the use of the website ailearning.global, its learning materials, its AI tools, its accounts and its forms. By using the site you accept them; when you create an account, you accept them expressly. Services we provide to schools, institutions and organisations (programs, consulting, training, the aiLearning Challenge) are governed by the proposal, agreement or registration conditions made for them, not by these terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who we are
The site is operated by CEMI Collectively Enhanced Multiple Intelligence, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation (Delaware file no. 10647705, EIN 32-0859414), 7801 NW 37th St, DO80Q56188N, Doral, FL 33195, United States. In these terms, «aiLearning», «we» and «us» mean that company. Our Dominican company, COLLECTIVELY ENHANCED MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE CEMI AI SRL (CEMI.ai, RNC 133-76027-4, Calle Rafael F. Bonnelly No. 17, Evaristo Morales, Santo Domingo), contracts and invoices with clients in the Dominican Republic.
Contact: support@ailearning.global. Legal notices: legal@ailearning.global. Personal data: privacy@ailearning.global.
2. Using the site
- You may use the site to learn, to use its learning tools, to follow its programs and to contact us.
- Do not use it unlawfully, to harm others, to send unsolicited or deceptive content, to probe or overload its systems, to get around its abuse protection, to enter areas you were not given access to, or to collect data about other people.
- We may limit or block access that breaks these terms or puts the site or its users at risk.
3. Accounts
- You can read the site without an account. Some features (for example saving tutor conversations, or private areas for institutions) need one. Accounts run on xAId, CEMI’s shared sign-in service.
- Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what is done with it.
- Age. You must be at least 13 to create an account. If you are under 18, or under the age of majority where you live, you need the permission of a parent or legal representative where the law of your country requires it.
- You can close your account at any time by writing to privacy@ailearning.global. We may close an account that breaks these terms.
4. The AI tools
- The tutors, the site guide, the panel conversation, the prompt builder, the Challenge generator, the help desks and the assistants of the site are artificial intelligence. Characters that speak with a persona’s voice are AI renderings, not real people speaking, and cannot make commitments on anyone’s behalf.
- AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. They are learning aids, not professional, legal, medical, psychological or financial advice. The help desk of the Dominican Penal Code section guides and cites articles; it does not replace legal advice, and urgent situations go to the competent authorities.
- A tutor supports learning; it does not do the work for you. Follow the rules of your school or institution about the use of AI in assignments and exams.
- Do not type personal data, sensitive information or confidential information into the tools, and never personal data about anyone else, especially a minor. What you write is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Our content
- The texts, images, videos, learning materials, designs, software and other material on the site belong to CEMI or to those who licensed them to us, and are protected by law. «aiLearning», «CEMI», their logos and the names of their programs are our trademarks or trade names.
- Learning use. You may read, use in your own learning and share links to the site’s materials, and use them with learners in a non-commercial setting, with attribution to aiLearning and a link. Some materials say they are offered for schools to adapt (for example a consent template); those may be adapted as they say. Any other use, including reproduction, sale, adaptation for a commercial offering or bulk copying, needs our written permission (legal@ailearning.global).
- Do not use the site’s content to train AI models, or copy it by automated means, without our written permission.
- Some content is created or enhanced with AI and reviewed by our team. We work to keep it accurate, and we correct errors when we find them.
6. What you send us
- When you use a form you confirm that what you send is accurate and that you may share it. We use it to answer you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- If you send us ideas or suggestions, you may do so freely and we may use them without obligation to you, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Programs, schools and the aiLearning Challenge
- Pages about our learning programs, the «Grow with AI» program (formerly «Hacer con IA») and the aiLearning Challenge describe them as of the date of each page. Participation is arranged with each school or institution, under the conditions made for it; a page is not an offer or a registration.
- No payment is taken through this site. Where a program or event has a fee or a contribution (for example, the registration contribution of private schools to the aiLearning Challenge), its amount, invoicing and conditions are set when the school or institution registers, and the invoice is issued by the CEMI company named in section 1 that contracts with it.
- Consent forms and other instruments published for schools are drafts for each school to review and adapt; they are not legal advice.
- Private areas (cohort areas, proposals for institutions) are for the people they were given to. Do not share their passwords or contents.
8. Other sites
The site links to sites we do not control. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
9. Availability and liability
- We provide the site as it is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions, or that its content is complete or up to date.
- To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of the site or from reliance on its content or on AI answers, including indirect or consequential losses. These limits do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or anything the law does not allow to be limited.
- Consumers: if you use the site as a private individual, the consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies in addition to these terms, and nothing in these terms reduces the rights it gives you.
10. Governing law and disputes
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes with business users go to the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
- Consumers keep the protection of the law of their country of residence and may bring a claim in the courts of their domicile. Consumers in the Dominican Republic may also go to Pro Consumidor (Instituto Nacional de Protección de los Derechos del Consumidor, proconsumidor.gob.do).
- Before any claim, write to legal@ailearning.global; we always try to resolve a problem with you directly first.
11. Language
These terms are published in English, Spanish and French. For users in the Dominican Republic the Spanish version prevails; in every other case, the English version prevails.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top tell you which one is in force; the terms in force when you use the site apply to that use. If a change affects accounts significantly, we announce it on the site.
