Executive summary

aiLearning — executive summary

Two published properties, one company, one round: the site that teaches and sells, and the platform the teaching runs on.

What this is

ailearning.global is a trilingual site about learning with AI — open guides, a prompt library, ethics scenarios, learning games, a readiness self-assessment and long-form Insights, all free — plus six productized services institutions buy: an AI suite, a readiness assessment, consulting, personalized training, digital twins and speaking.

experiences.ailearning.global is Smoother Experiences, the learning platform. It is deployed as a white-label academy an institution runs under its own brand and domain, with its own curated catalogue, its own managers and certificates it controls. It is the recurring half of the business.

Both are built on the Smoother methodology — learning experiences, never courses; participants, never students — and on one editorial rule: the learner’s experience is the subject, and teaching is in service of it.

Why the two together

The services put us inside an institution and pay for the work. The platform is what the institution keeps afterwards. Sold apart, one is consulting that ends and the other is software nobody has been taught to use; sold together, the engagement lands on a platform the institution renews. That is the whole investment case, and it is why the round covers both.

The round

US$250,000 at US$1,250,000 pre-money / US$1,500,000 post, priced equity, minimum ticket US$10,000, sized to a 18-month plan. 48% of the money goes to the platform, 52% to the site, the programmes and delivery capacity. Terms are the company’s own opening position, not a market quotation.

Where it stands

  • Both properties are live and published today — nothing in this round is needed to make them exist.
  • The platform runs white-label academies for institutions, with hundreds of programmes and experiences produced across sectors and languages.
  • The AI Learning Challenge, a live creativity competition for learners from primary school to university, has its first edition scheduled for November 2026.
  • Revenue to date and run rate are not published; they are available to investors on request.

What we are asking for, and what we are not

We are raising to deepen a platform and a programme library that already exist, and to add the delivery capacity the services need. We are not raising to build the product, to fund the CEMI.ai group platform, to buy attention, or to put a price on what is deliberately free.

Every revenue stream, its buyer and its published price are set out in full on the revenue-streams page. Revenue streams →
