If you skipped the first article, the short version is this: a social media strategy for an educational institution is a positioning, audience, and pipeline problem first, and a content problem second. 2. AI for audience modeling

The segmentation work in part one produces three to five segments with motivation, concern, and unspoken question. AI can deepen this in two ways without inventing fiction.

Synthetic interview drafts based on real data. Feed the model anonymized excerpts from real parent feedback, admissions interviews, exit surveys, and prospect questions, then ask it to draft a composite "voice" for each segment — how they actually phrase their concerns, what vocabulary they use, what objections they raise. 5. AI for the calendar

The calendar work in part one is mostly judgment — when do families decide, when do applications peak, what's the lead time for international students. AI's contribution here is smaller but real.

Two uses:
