AI Readiness Assessment

How ready is your institution for AI? This assessment evaluates four key dimensions: infrastructure, skills, policy, and culture — giving you a clear picture and actionable next steps.

AI readiness isn't just about having the right technology — it's about having the right skills, policies, and culture. Our assessment evaluates all four dimensions to give you a comprehensive readiness score and personalized recommendations.

The assessment takes approximately 15 minutes and produces a detailed report with your institution's readiness level (Beginning, Developing, Established, or Leading) across each dimension, along with specific action items for improvement.

In my experience, most institutions overestimate their technical readiness and underestimate the importance of culture and policy. This assessment addresses all dimensions equally.

Any readiness assessment should include equity indicators: Is the institution ready to implement AI fairly across all student populations?

Don't wait for perfect readiness. Start with what you have, assess as you go, and build readiness through action rather than analysis paralysis.
